“Excellent for breaking down a large block of ice where you can make a seam that splits the block evenly (check some of the Japanese bar YouTube videos). I just it to split the large cubes from my Wintersmith's clear ice cube maker. Works great for those slightly imperfect chunks of clear ice.”
