“I worked in my Father’s meat packing plant back in the day and gained an appreciation for a sharp easy to use knife. I have a collection of both commercial and custom knives. This Petty knife is hands down the sharpest most nimble knife I’ve ever owned”

“It was super sharp ootb, beautiful fit and finish. My only complaint is that the handle is small and doesn’t fit my large hands. Return was easy and quick.”

“I am now a Takamura convert. This petty cuts so well and is so manueverable and thin I found myself prepping entire meals with it. It will glide through anything and the handle and sreel don't have to be babied. They come with the best out of the box edge I've experienced which is a bonus. I want a 240mm Takamura gyuto now...”
