“I needed a small pot for when I want to just cook a really small amount of something or to heat some sauce or marinade. I was surprised how fast water comes to a boil without a lid. The quality is amazing. I was expecting it to be thin walled and lightweight, but it has a nice weight to it. Not heavy, but sturdy. I expect this will last many many years.”

“I can make four cups of dashi without anything spilling over. I also use it for ramen. It's actually good for curry too, but I just prefer curries in skillets (I use my All Clad d5).”
