“I had bought the smaller Yukihira Stainless Double Lipped pot and loved it so much, I really wanted to get the larger one. It heats evenly and very quickly, which is so helpful, when cooking more than one dish. It cleans easily, either by hand or in the dishwasher. It's also lightweight, so when it's full, it isn't as hard to carry as some pans. I am so glad I have them both.”

“What can I say? Works excellent on open gas fire and induction cooktop, lightweight but sturdy enough, japanese quality overall, quick easy cleaning with sponge and mild detergent, aesthetically flawless. Ah, I almost forgot: it's a pure pleasure to cook chinese lamian (ramen) or pretty any kind of common soup or stew or hotchpotch.”
