“These are advertised as top of the Misono line and they are not kidding. This is a razor right out of the box, and a couple regular touch ups with a Shapton 6000 make this knife an indispensable piece to have in your arsenal. Stainless steel is great to use during a busy service (easy to wipe clean, no smells, slice a lemon on the fly care-free) and the handle feels snug and sturdy.”
