I debated whether I should get a Nenohi slicer or Misono UX10. I've heard some people say that the UX10 is really not that great and that a lot of cooks use them because of the brand name. But I have to say that this knife really does have a superior edge and it's pretty nice to sharpen too. I guess overall I'm a big fan of Western style knives made in Japan.
