“This Japanese board is ideal for cutting everything from bread to meat, without the concern of bacteria lingering in the tiny nicks on the board's surface, as happens with the wooden versions. I use it daily and leave it on the counter as it’s also quite attractive. Heavier than it looks and stays put. Serious cutting board for anyone who loves to cook.”
