“I ordered 2x bowls to Canada, one was received broken in the box along with others. The box had no fragile stickers or anything on it. MTC said they would ship me out replacement bowls, 14 days later I got another email saying they could not ship them out to me, just a refund. It was important to have 2x bowls so that I could have a pair, now I only have 1. The bowl itself is beautiful though.”
