“This is an awesome intro to Japanese chef knifes. It performs way better than I expected for a relatively cheap Japanese knife. The service form MTC was amazing will be shopping here again. Strongly recommend!!”

“And beautiful too. It's really sharp, thin blade, beautifully made, gorgeous handle. Obviously, I don't yet know how it holds its sharpness or how well or how easily it takes sharpening, but it's such a nice piece of steel that I bet it's real good. And the shipping was much quicker than was promised.”
