“I bought this knife from MTC in New York last year. I am a catering Sous Chef and I do a lot of Soups and Prep. This Nakiri automatically jumped infront of 3+ knives, each costing more or atleast the same price, as my favorite Prep Knife. It is a workhorse with perfect weight and balance! It looks beautiful too!”
