“Larger than I expected based on photos and description but this thing is sharp and peels well. The instructions are all in Japanese but the photos included were straightforward. Nice that they include a blade guard for storage. If they made a smaller version of this I would buy that as well.”

“I had debated on this peeler for quite a while. I needed a all-round peeler for a busy commercial kitchen and this fit the bill. It is an excellent peeler and very high quality. Super sharp and peels everything quickly the best commercial peeler I have used. It just gets the peel and shears the peel super thin from egg plant to sweet potatoes and asparagus it does them all quickly. A must have for the commercial or home kitchen!”

“I process sweet potatoes on a commercial level and have tried many styles and brands of peelers. When working with large potatoes as we do this peeler is far superior to the rest with its easily removable blade, stainless steel construction, large cutting surface, and the convenient hook for storage and drying. Will definately be ordering more of these soon.”
