“This is a wonderful knife. It takes a wicked edge and holds it well, striking a nice balance between durability and edge retention. Within the proper scope of use, you can use these hard, all day. I knocked the shoulders back while keeping the convex, which helped performance quite a bit. It has a great, all around profile, and the handle on these knives deserves special mention -- they are perfect.”
