“I use this for single portion Nashville hot chicken. The height off the ground allows the breaded chicken to dry properly so the bread sticks. Also it's the exact size of one American chicken thigh, which is one portion. It's easier to clean than I expected: squeeze the sponge against the mesh instead of trying to scrub.”
