“The green apple flavor is good. This pre workout doesn’t make you have that tingly feeling that a lot of other ore workouts have. It gives you the extra boost needed to get going on this early morning workouts.”

“I haven't experienced any crash and the energy feels real and not like anxiety. No shaking, just focus and readiness. The physical results are nice. I'm satisfied with the "fuller" look my body has. Taste is good for me but I don't use that to judge the rating. I'm looking for an effective supplement and this is the one I plan to use for quite some time.”

“This is quickly becoming one of my favorite pre-workout drinks. I notice a comfortable energy boost without the spike and without the discomfort or "itch." The flavor is surprisingly pretty great too. I do notice an increased pump (not quite like dedicated NO2 boosters but good) and a boost to get that extra 1 or 2 reps in for a solid hour plus workout. This is not one of those pre-workouts where it hits you like a sand storm 15 minutes after you take it and leaves you feeling jittery. So if you are looking for a rage inducing whirlwind like the original Jacked 3D look else ware. Pros: Good energy boost that lasts an hour plus. Noticeable lasting pump. Great taste and mixes well. Very reasonable price. Cons?: Its more subtle then those traditional "OMG I need to start lifting now or I'm going to itch my face off" pre-workouts.”
