“Tried several flavors, Citrus Bliss one of my favorites. Only lasts about four hours with me. Typically drink first thing in morning, before 5 mile walk daily. If I need a pick me up in afternoon, will drink one more. Usually the drink in the morning all I need for the day. Seems steady energy, duration about right.”
