“Ive been taking Ignite for about a week now. Its not as helpful as I had anticipated in everyday scenarios. It does help when I use it as a preworkout to stay on the treadmill a little longer or get a few more reps in. Ill keep using it for the duration of the container and hopefully it will kick in a little more as I go.”
