“Overall pretty tasty and gets me pumped for my 5am workouts. I like that it has a little bit of carbs to get me going in the morning as well as amino acids, creatine, and just the right amount if caffeine. You can definitely feel the "tingles" a little bit if you drink it fast. It really motivates me to push hard and get the most of my workouts. The "Daquiri-Ice" flavor is good, not the best tasting pre-workout I've ever had but overall quite good. Maybe it's just a placebo but I do kind of feel like I can feel the "20+ hour Nitric Oxide Release" all day. Makes me feel just a little bit more motivated all day long.”

“I drink the pre work out every Tuesday ,Thursday and Saturday before my work out with Nick the Trainer Dude , gives me the extra power to do more lifts and sets ,it is awesome no crash, and plenty of go power.”

“Great stuff, you can really feel the amp. The flavor is strong, but let's face it...... when are pre-work outs not? Happy I tried this.”
