“I ordered the lemonade Hydrate, and I have to say it is the most delicious electrolyte drink I have ever tasted. Whether you mix it in 12 Oz or 32 Oz of water the taste is the same. There is no salty taste. It is comparable to Hoist, but with more flavor. I can't wait to order the other 2 flavors.”

“Lemonade is a great flavor. I put it in about 16oz of water and it is not tart. Helped with cramps in the heat while walking around in Mexico.”
