“The Lemonade flavor tastes great! I've used LiquidIV before but was not a fan of the amount of sugar in them compared to MTN OPS Hydrate. As to performance, I have only been using it for less than a week, so a noticeable difference in my physical performance hasn't occurred yet, but I am sure it will soon. I do wish they came in 30-serving packs rather than 20-serving packs for the price of this product, but it is what it is.”

“Wow! Been training for 6 months for an ultra-marathon and since I got hydrate it's elevated my performance and made a significant impact on my recovery. Tastes great and dissolves even better!”

“The new HYDRATE line is awesome, the flavor is right on parr with what I have enjoyed most about MTN OPS. The Lemondade and the Strawberry Coconut flavors are great alone or mix up a bigger bottle and add one of each. Great flavors and makes it easier to get in the necessary water and electrolyte levels required for some tough workouts. Can't wait to taste the other flavors they come up with. Highly recommended!!”
