“I haven't had a chance to use this on the trail yet, but recently I was sidelined with some seasonal crud. Seemed like I just couldn't get enough water down and even when I tried I was still thirsty. I started adding these to my water bottle and that did the trick! Finally felt like I was getting the hydration that I needed and didn't feel thirsty continually. I will definitely be buying more!!”

“I drink Liquid IV regularly and found this comparable in terms of hydration. The flavor was delicious, however, intense. I normally mix with 30oz of water, more than the recommended 18-20 oz, and I still found the flavor strong and sweet (compared to Liquid IV flavors).”
