Love this stuff to take the edge off crushing workouts at night.

I mixed it with a little warm water drank 1hour before bed time, and I slept like a rock all night without waking up until morning.

I used to rave about this stuff and recommend it to everyone I knew. It tasted like the powdered apple cider drink of my childhood and knocked me out cold! This new version tastes... well gross... it almost has a smokey, jerkey-like taste since they added bovine collagen. Don't get me wrong, I love collagen and put it in my coffee every day, but I searched high and low to find one that didn't have this weird taste and was truly unflavored. I wish Mountain Ops had done the same research. Now I have to add a packet of sweetener to make it palatable... wish I knew the change was coming so I could've socked up, guess I'll be searching ebay and store shelves.

I love the cider flavor. Not a big fan of the chocolate or chai but the results are the same. Works great.

Love using slumber. Biggest disappointment about it is, the cider it's hard to find at stores and getting expensive. Highly recommend it though. Taste great, puts me right to sleep and I feel good when I get up!!
