Will definitely knock you in no time. In my experience however within 5 to 6 hours I’m up wide awake. Although I do feel good when I wake.

This really works. I often have trouble sleeping, but when I use Slumber I fall asleep and stay asleep.

Yes, this product does what it says it will do, but man the mixing process is terrible and turns this into an absolute chore to drink (if you're like me and don't like drinking powdery clumps). This product really has so much potential to be a home run if it can be tweaked to mix better.

Does exactly what it says it will do. Definitely aids in drowsiness and falling asleep quicker. I would absolutely purchase the product again (salted caramel flavor was *chefs kiss*) My only reason for giving a 4/5 rating is it just doesn’t want to mix completely. Try as I might I still had considerable clumping. Best method was to heat milk, pour Slumber into a shaker bottle, pour milk over powder, shake vigorously. Not enough of a reason to not purchase again. Great overall product.

This stuff absolutely knocks me out. I cant hold my eyes open after drinking it. I'm unsure of the actual melatonin level because it only shows the level of a mix of ingredients. The first time I drank the cider flavor it was a bit odd but now I really enjoy it in hot water before bed.

I gave the cocoa and cider a try and after some independent variable experimenting between the two i found the cider really didn't work at all for me in any amount. The cocoa wasn't too bad for flavor and although it's not completely overpowering i definitely felt it working, effectively and fairly consistently. I usually wake up with terrible anxiety-related nausea in the morning and noticed it was toned down significantly with the cocoa, in comparison to the cider that may not have been worse (every day's different i guess) but certainly not a substantial or noticeable impact either i'd say. Each of us accept/process/react differently to these compounds though so maybe there's something at the bio level that doesn't work for me or i got a bunk batch but that was my experience/test-out phase that spanned 2 months or so. I'd recommendv the cocoa though, bummed the cider didn't work because it actually tasted great too.
