“We all work hard and put our body's through the gambit which coincidently I sometimes refuel with junk food. I started taking this product in addition to the Renu to get things going right again after the long winter and have been thoroughly impressed ridding myself of excess garbage has led to me feeling lighter on my runs and healthier in general. “I used the STM sticks for a while, wanted to switch it up. These are awesome! Very happy with them definitely helped in my digestive health. Especially with a high protein diet and not a lot of fiber these have helped tremendously.”
