“I bought this stuff a month and a half ago when my right shoulder really started to flair up. I went to the doctor and it showed I had a pinched muscle and damaged nerve and tight tendon. I said there has to be a better solution than popping Ibuprofen everyday. I always wait at least two weeks before I write a review so that i can give an honest one! WOW! is all I got to say! It's awesome! It helps a ton before a hardcore workout! Im very impressed with how it works! Not to mention I don't have to pop Ibuprofen daily anymore. I take them every morning and sometimes at night if I did a really hardcore workout. I was very skeptical of natural ways of anti-Inflammatory but I have not been disappointed! I gave it a try and now its in my daily routine. So happy there is something like this out there!”

“I suffer from leg and feet swelling. By the end of a work day and work week my feet and legs take a beating. After using Mtn Opt Defuse I have seen a difference in my feet and legs. Swelling isnâ€™t as severe and I feel pretty darn good. May it be age or what Defuse has helped. Thank You MTN OPTS!”

“Product works great. Last knee surgery left me not being able to do full squats. Since taking defuse, knee pain has subsided and I'm back to doing full squats. When I run out of Defuse, I can absolutely tell the difference being off the product. Would highly recommend Defuse over something the doctor prescribes.”
