“BC AA is an awesome intro workout hack to sustain energy and maintain protein synthesis. I train super early in the morning and don’t have time to smash a meal pre-work out. These are an awesome tool to keep the body charged and have all of the essential ingredients to preserve muscle and, get you through the early grind! Also, awesome to sit throughout the day in water to keep the constant influx of essential amino’s needed for muscle repair and growth.”

“I don’t really know if they are better than any other bcaas but they taste great. Been using them during my workout for about a year now. I have had a lot of improvements physically but hard to tell what is directly attributed to supplements.”

“Taste is not very crisp. Overall, just ok. Tastes a little like chemicals. Not as good as most Ignite flavors I’ve had and not as good as other BCAAs I’ve tried. May just be the flavor.”

“This is the second one I've tried and it is the best so far. I had grape before and it was too sweet. Strawberry Dragonfruit is the perfect flavor.”
