“Pouring straight to mouth tastes horrible and in water it is weak sugar”

Hi Jade, Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. The Electrolytes STM is a bit intense if you go straight to mouth, but it can be a lifesaver. I love to keep them in all my backpacks just in case. I recommend having a mouthful of water when taking though, definitely makes it go down easier.

“I have used this stuff for 2 years now and thrilled with its performance. Used it last year on my 20+ days of hunting in CA where temps are warm in deer season. Now I have Intro into my routine. One in the morning and another early afternoon after my workouts. Love the STM method!”
