“My daughter is doing dance choreography for several hours straight. First night she came home and said legs were really cramping. Had her take electrolytes after, and it really helped her recovery time”

“The flavor is a bit strong when you go straight to mouth but I did notice that I don’t need to drink as much water to feel hydrated. I drink water almost exclusively and pre Electrolytes STM, I drank almost two gallons daily. I bought the Electrolytes STM to try to ensure that I have enough electrolytes in the tank and I found that I could drink around a gallon of water (which is my goal) and still feel totally hydrated where two gallons weren’t cutting it before. Great product and highly convenient.”

“I take these straight to mouth electrolytes on every SAR deployment. I bring plenty as they are small and easy to park. Almost every time my K9 and I take a break, I replenish my electrolytes and have enough on me to share with my team mates. On average, I carry about 6 of these small packages (2 of each flavor), for every hike. My K9 and I recently went on a search and I noticed my right quad starting to cramp. I quickly poured in a packet and with in about 2 minutes the cramping stopped and never returned. I recommend these to anyone who hikes!”

“Got these originally for myself but needed my son to drink more water while he was on an antibiotic. We split one packet up about 3-4x into his cup and he crushes it!”

“Honestly i.put it in my water bottle and its like drinking pure sugar i cant drink any of them not knocking your product but when i order a sugar-free electrolyte i dont want it to taste to sweet to drink it was a vo.plete waste of money on my end”
