“I have recently went on a diet and I am using this in my protein shakes for a replacement meal in the mornings. Not really supposed to have the sugar but it has not seemed to have effected my weight loss. I’ve got a mule deer hunt coming up in November and I will be using this along the way for sure. Good product I think! Nothing negative to say about it!”
