“LOVE MTN OPS AMMO! Have it for breakfast every day before work and it keeps me full, keeps me from snacking, and keeps me going until lunchtime. Cinnamon swirl is one of my new favorite flavors, they nailed it with this one. Just mix with some cold whole milk and you're good to go! Thanks MTN OPS!”

“Let me start by saying this tastes great! As someone who normally is on the go getting all my calories and having them be healthy calories has been a struggle in the past.. not anymore! Now I can have a quick shake and fuel my body as well as satiate my hunger.”
