“I began using ammo in 2019 as a mid-day meal replacement. I found that it left me feeling full and satisfied even into the late evening hours. When I began using MTN OPS AMMO I weighed 240 pounds. I now weigh in at 180 pounds and have never felt better. MTN OPS has been truly life-changing. I was excited to try the Peanut Butter Chocolate and it did not disappoint. I highly recommend this product.”

“This is an all-around solid shake. Good flavor and consistency and keeps me full. I usually make my own smoothie but like to keep a quick mix on hand if I need something super quick. I definitely keep this one hand because I like all of the added nutrition in this shake.”

“I love this particular flavor and am on my second tub now. I use it to reach my macros several days a week. The only reason it doesn’t get 5/5 is because I wish Ammo as a whole mixed better. Unless I use my blender or a LOT of liquid in a shaker it clumps in the top. That being said it’s not as clumpy as some other brands I’ve tried.”
