“I know this is called a meal replacement, but I actually take this at night before going to bed to feed my recovery. I really like the whole foods in it, especially the fruits/vegetables as I don't get enough of that in my regular diet. I also include a scoop of Slumber in this for extra recovery and a deeper sleep.”

“I've never been impressed with protein shakes for meal replacement, never felt full afterward. But this is all together different. I've only had it for a couple weeks but it has been amazing on busy nights at work to stay full and not snack while seeing patients. This product plus the ignite are amazing working in a busy veterinary ER.”

“Itâ€™s safe to consider Ammo a premium protein meal replacement. The quality and taste are great! The price is premium, but Iâ€™m not complaining. The bad this stuff comes in though, is straight trash! The zipper NEVER works and I find itâ€™s better to dump it into a zip-lock bag. Quality resealable bags were mastered long ago, but Mtn Ops skimped and went with a poor quality â€œzipperâ€ bag. Itâ€™s bad enough to make me start shopping competitors products.”

“I was skeptical at first because I have tried products like this before, and have been very disappointed with them. This products tastes good and actually satisfies my hunger and I don't experience any loss of energy throughout the day. It blends up well and doesn't get chunky like some others do. I bought the berries and cream flavor which tastes pretty good. I look forward to trying the apple pie flavor.”

“This is some good stuff, I purchased for meal replacement and night time protein because of the Casein Protein. Mixed with skim milk and not water, the mixing requires a little extra shaking but that was expected with all the other items in this like the flax seed and whole foods, the taste was good. Incorporate this into your plan and routine for what your needs are! Great Product!”
