“As the title says, I am very disappointed with this meal replacement. I had high hopes of this when I was recommended Hot Ignite by a teacher of mine for my graveyard shift job and was pretty excited to try out a meal replacement. I had ordered mine in a mint chocolate flavor and what I got was simply just chocolate and the texture was just awful with how gritty it is. Going to spend the rest of the tub I have experimenting getting rid of the gritty texture so I can somewhat enjoy the rest of the powder I have. If you are interested in guying a meal replacement, you're better off buying pills rather than this shake.”

“The Cookies and Cream Meal replacement isn't the best but the other flavors are amazing. The ignite powder is great for energy and pre workout without the jitters and shakes. The shaker bottles are the best out there, so much easier to clean than the ones with the metal balls.”

“As a meal replacement this product defiantly satisfies the texture is a little grainy and the sweetness is a little much for my liking but overall it was ok I will probably stick to the Chocolate or Vanilla.”

“Love this stuff. I was looking for a meal replacement vs a protein shake and this was a win. The chocolate and mint chip are my favorites. I usually mix anything with almond milk but find this tastes great with just water as well. Like other reviews, I definitely prefer the jar vs the bag (despite the bag being a great space saver, it just doesn't close well). Keeps me full, gives me nutrients, gets the job done.”

“I have started using Ammo along with the Blaze and ignite (weight loss program with mtn ops) and so far I have lost 24lbs in a month. It is awesome! I don't feel hungry or jittery or overwhelmed with cravings. I have a shake for breakfast and lunch and then I eat a lower carb dinner. I have more energy than I have had in a long long time! This was recommended by my brother and I have since recommended it to our oldest brother.”

“I have tried several meal replacement protein shakes over the years and nothing compares to Mtn Ops! The taste is great, it is a smooth consistency not chalky, and it keeps me feeling full! I highly recommend this product and many others!”

“Love this stuff! It is my breakfast every single day. It keeps me full all morning long. I dropped a star not because of the product but the bag is not very good. I've not had one yet that the seal didn't come loose due to the glue or something. Wish it was in a canister or at least have an option for a canister for a one time purchase I can reuse. Keep sending out this great product!”
