“I had very high hopes for this product after reading the reviews but it doesn't taste good at all. I'm not sure if it's the flavor I got but it wasn't good. I tried adding it to coffee and it became chunky and thick. It gets thick adding it to water or milk also. I can drink it but it isn't something I look forward to. I looked into returning it but I would have had to ship the open bag back. I now wish I would have spent the money to mail it back.”

“This is the absolute best meal replacement Iâ€™ve tried. When I drink an AMMO shake for breakfast, I donâ€™t feel like Iâ€™m starving all morning. My stomach always feels empty when I drink meal replacement shakes bought from the store. I love that this has low carbs and almost no sugar. Even with the low carbs, I donâ€™t feel drained and I have the energy I need.”

“I use it as a "Meal Replacement" I work long shifts so I take it towards the end of my shift so when I get home I don't feel the need to eat so much before bed. It works great and holds your hunger back for a few hours. However, I am not a big fan of the texture, but the taste is pretty mild which is a plus for me. I love MTN OPS products have used many of them with success.”
