“I have to say I was a bit skeptical but I kept hearing great things so I thought I would try it out. Glad I did... after 3 weeks I am craving this as a meal and with workouts am down 15lbs. The strawberry and cream is delicious and I can't wait to try the other flavors on my next order!”

“This is a greatest product. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is twofold. One, the locking seal on the packet it came in pulled apart from the sides. The other is that it's super fine powder that goes everywhere. Combined, it gets a little dicey trying to make a shake and not getting it floating away and making a mess. I'm just writing it off as a fluke. Aside from that, i can definitely feel a difference in performance levels days i use it, and days i don't. Ultimately, that's why I'll continue to buy it.”

“The berries and cream tasted great (I wasn't really expecting it to)! It was easy to mix up with cold milk and goes down easy. It's only day 1 so I'll report back on day 15 or so to see if my opinion is still the same. My only "complaint" is minor and and kind of petty..... I wish it had come in a jar and not a bag because I find the jar less messy BUT a bag is easier to ship, so I get the decision. Caveat: expect long processing times. It’s a bit annoying but that’s the way is. Factor in 2 weeks for processing and a week for shipping when trying to figure out when to order.”

“The chocolate shake flavor is great. Sadly it caused a lot of bloating and an upset stomach multiple times. Not sure if the to-go packs are supposed to be refrigerated as well, but that could have been the problem. Bummed because the flavor was great!”

“I have tried Chocolate, Strawberries & Cream, and Vanilla. Chocolate is my favorite and the most versatile to mix in a banana or some PB2 and have enough energy and fuel for the day. I have been using this for about 2 months and have lost 20lbs. Drinking a shake in the late morning and if needed another late afternoon (maybe once a week) and then just a normal dinner with my family.”
