“I really like these meal replacements for the the way the work and for the taste for the most part. The chocolate, mint chocolate, berries and cream are great but the vanilla not so much hardly any taste at all. The product is a bit gritty and needs to be blended well but all in all ide recommend this ( except the vanilla) good job on a great product!!!”

“The Ammo is delicious and filling. The only drawback is that it comes in a bag, not the tub. The zipper on the bag failed as soon as I opened it. I've seen several others complain about the same issue.”

“I get up pretty early so there isn't usually time for breakfast. So I have an AMMO Shake and then at a reasonable time if I need it I have a sensible breakfast to get me thru to lunch time. Other times If I have not had a shake in the morning I will make a smoothie with AMMO powder added for dinner. Awesome, love this stuff.”

“Great flavor leaves you felling full, the only draw back for some may be the texture you can actually feel the “greens” it didn’t bother me at all but some of my children had a sip and it wasn’t there bag my wife however who usually is off put by that sort of thing really enjoyed it well worth a try and if it bugs you that much my friend ads ice puts into a blender to make a smoothie and never notices it but again amazing flavor and fantastic performance.”

“I have tried a couple different protein shakes in the past. They just aren't as good at MTNOPS Ammo. I really enjoy the chocolate and their strawberries and cream. It really just depends on whether or not I have a sweet tooth that day or not. I also use vanilla so I can add whatever I want to it for a wide variety of flavors. I definitely do not feel hungry later and I get everything I need from my protein shake. These are so good my husband drinks them, and so do two of my daughters.”
