“On my second tub now and glad I made the switch, Taste is one of the best i have tried. Only complaint is it can take a while to mix with a shaker bottle.”

“Love this stuff, it tastes great, doesnt taste fake and have a terrible aftertaste like some. I did find it was hard to mix completely like some reviews said, blender bottle doesnt work. Shake in blender bottle without the ball or even a nalgene with a couple inches of water to get it mixed up, then fill with half and half, works great!”

“I was very skeptical trying this since I love anything to do with poppyseed (mostly those muffins from Costco that are loaded with calories and wreak havoc on your diet) but itâ€™s honestly quite amazing. Definitely not something you can have every singe day since itâ€™s more on the sweet side, I mostly use it more as a treat to myself or if Iâ€™m craving something sweet and donâ€™t want to get off track on my diet by eating candy. You can taste more of the lemon than poppyseed but it compliments each other nicely. If you donâ€™t absolutely love lemon your best bet is not to get this one until youâ€™ve tried a sample.”

“I buy this for my wife. She drinks one for a breakfast meal replacement. This is the first product like this that she has liked. She likes it so much she warns me about a week in advance " Hey I'm about out can you order me some more that way I don't miss a day!!" She may be short a few days b/c I'm taking some of it on a back country elk hunt.”

“Ammo has been the best protein meal replacement Iâ€™ve tried so far. Keeps me full when I use it as a lunch or an afternoon snack to not be starving at dinner time. Strawberries and cream and vanilla have been my favorite flavors.”

“First tub was the Vanilla and it was ok but not a lot of vanilla flavor. Second tub I tried the Straberries & Cream and it has been great. Now I am ordering the Cookies & Cream. Regardless of the flavor this stuff really is filling and holds me over until lunch. I drink one Ammo shake on my drive to work each day.”
