“Easily the best tasting protein shake I have had. I got the chocolate and just mix it straight with almond milk in a shaker cup. It is a little different in that it has actual food in it, so it doesn't all dissolve in the shake making it a little crunchy, but I don't mind that. It does get slimy though if you let it sit. For example I let my shake sit in the fridge ten minutes while I got ready for work, the consistency was different then drinking it fresh. Slimy probably is the best way to describe it. I just drink it now right after I shake it up, and it's not an issue. As for the meal replacement portion, I start work at 6:30 and have lunch at 11:30. I drink the shake on my way to work and I am usually pretty hungry by about 10:00. If you were to add a banana to it though and blend it up I think you would have better success at keeping away hunger.”

“I was looking for a meal replacement to help me lose the extra 20 lbs i needed. I had heard of MTN OPS and love what they stand for. So i gave it a try. And it is better than any i have tried! Ive lost the 20lbs and a little extra and i can not quit using the Ammo for my breakfast!! I drink it about 4am after my run and before work and it last me all the way until lunch at 12! When i was eating a good breakfast it wouldnt do that! And i do alot of manual labor for a living as its saying alot about how good this product truely is! Great product and great company behind it!”
