“The shake doesn't mix as well as I'd like it to because of the whole food ingredients, but I prefer that over the more chemically manufactured options. The chocolate tastes fine and it keeps me full. Would recommend to others.”

“I got the strawberries & cream and have used it for a couple weeks now. When I'm cutting I have found that intermittent fasting is the easiest for me. So my first meal of the day is lunch. I have one serving of this and that worked for a few hours but around 3 o clock I was hungry again so I started adding a scoop of chocolate casein protein. Now I'm good to go until I get off work. Plus it tastes exactly like chocolate covered strawberries. So it's a win win.”

“Ammo is one of the most versatile meal replacement products I have ever tried. It makes great shakes, goes good in pancake mix, and makes amazing muffins. I have tried vanilla, apple pie, and cookies and cream. All three are great!”

“Ammo is terrific. Mixes well, tastes good. I mix it with a half-cup of frozen fruit, coconut or almond milk and sometimes a spoonful of almond or peanut butter. That combo will get me to mid morning, then I need some small snack like almonds or an apple. It's really a good balance of nutrition to start the day. It's great on mornings (3-4x per week) when I hike because it is not heavy in my gut but the fuel is working. I have tried a lot of protein powders and Ammo is my favorite for taste and function. Plus, I like MTN Ops in general and I am happy to support the brand. The reason for the four-star rating is the shipping cost and slow delivery. Typically it takes a week to arrive and the flat rate of $9.99 is silly in 2019. If I only want to purchase one tub of Ammo it adds 20% to the cost. That's part of the reason I have tried so many other protein powders. After all, Amazon ships free. Sort of.”

“This is awesome as a meal replacement. Vanilla is my choice. I like to mix it with some OJ, fruits and veggies and down it for breakfast. Best of all if short on time doesnâ€™t need mixed with any sort of flavor adders. Mixes smooth and tastes great no matter how you do it. Mtn Ops doesnâ€™t disappoint.”
