“LOVE Ammo! I have a crazy stomach that is usually angry, so protein shake type stuff is often all I can make myself eat. I decided to try Ammo because of the added fruits and veggies. It tastes delicious and agrees with my stomach! Even better, my husband and 4 kids have all fallen in love with Ammo, too! I love having an easy and healthy breakfast option for our busy family :) Canâ€™t wait to try more Mtn Ops products!!”

“I have owned a few of the flavors and so far berries and cream is my favorite! This mixes well in a shaker or ninja with water or milk. Great texture throughout the shake. The best part is that it leaves you full and satisfied. Knowing your getting servings of other fruits and veggies helps me want to eat better through out the day as well!”

“The chocolate flavor tastes really good. If you throw a scoop in the blender with a cup of rolled oats and a banana with a little milk youâ€™ve got a filling and healthy breakfast. Definitely would recommend this.”

“Have tried the chocolate and vanilla. tatse is good. love all the nutrition, only thing my Dr said is what outside is it verified by to substantiate the claims. I like it and felt good using it as a meal replacement. Good taste as far as protein powders go....not chalky or gritty like some can be.”

“My fiance and I love this stuff. We've only tried vanilla and chocolate so far because that's the two main flavors at my store. For neither of us liking mushrooms we were surprised by these. You definitely taste it in both chocolate and vanilla, with chocolate having the stronger mushroom flavor but still bearable for people that hate mushrooms. We use unsweetened almond milk and it ads so much to the flavor. I'm currently working on getting my store to stock the cookies and cream, and lemon poppyseed flavors.”
