“I love using AMMO. I currently have vanilla flavor so I can mix it up and have a variety of added flavor. Iâ€™ve tried different meal replacements and this ones by far my favorite. No weird after tastes!”

“Ammo is by far one of my favorite things mtn ops makes! I usually get vanilla and add peanut butter, bananas and a little honey into my shake and its a great breakfast!”

“I started using AMMO in the mornings instead of the garbage I was putting in my body or sometimes nothing at all. I could immediately tell a difference in how I felt throughout the mornings.(Better focused, more energy and healthier!) I would stay fuller way later into the mornings without snacking on garbage until my next meal. Strawberries and Cream have defiantly been my go to and I've found that one scoop, 14-16 oz. of almond milk and a splash of water was the perfect mixture for me! If you have the extra time I would recommend throwing some frozen strawberries and bananas with almond milk in the blender and making a smoothie with it!!!”

“Chocolate ammo is my go to meal replacement. I mix it up in a simple shake with powdered peanut butter, banana, ice and milk.It kills my ice cream cravings, while giving me the full feeling that sustains me until my next meal. Simple, tasty and done right.”
