“I love the Keep Hammering chocolate caramel flavor the most, but the strawberries and cream is right up there as a phenomenal tasting protein powder. Make sure you clear out space in the fridge - some of these need to be refrigerated after opening.”

“AMMO, so far is the best meal replacement drink I have tried. I am doing all I can to cut weight right now and trying all kinds of different stuff that only left me starving 2 hours later. I highly recommend this stuff. Great job mtn ops.”

“I use Ammo weekly because it seems like at least once a week I need a quick meal if Iâ€™m rushing to work or need something in my stomach before an early rise hunt. Iâ€™ve never been full on a shake until I tried Ammo. It works amazing, and the amount of nutrition in one shake is awesome. I love the chocolate but the mint chocolate chip is absolutely amazing.”

“I have tried so many meal replacement shakes and this one is my favorite! I love that Iâ€™m getting fruits and vegetables along with my protein. It has a lot of fiber, which helps to keep me full. Ive tried the chocolate and the vanilla and I love them both. This stuff works!”

“I havenâ€™t tried many meal replacement shakes, but I did enjoy this one. Although instead of using it to replace a meal, my favorite way to use it is by adding it to different recipes. We add a scoop of vanilla to pancake batter, and it makes them so dang good!”

“So to start I heard of this company while listening to the black hearted podcast with the guys from black rifle coffee, this was on of my favorite episodes and their really is only one brand that makes supplements for outdoor enthusiasts. This shake was amazing for breakfast, a snack light lunch for work or even while out on my kayak. Love all your products...now on to the review. The Chocolate flavor was the best when I tried the 2 available flavors( the other being vanilla) the vanilla was good mixed with milk and throw in some cinnamon. The Chocolate was good with both water and milk. Including silk milk and almondmilk. It mixes increadibly well and tastes so good, mix with an extra scoop of protein or banana and this will keep you filled up for hours. I would drink one for breakfast on the way to work at 530 am and it would hold me over till about 9 am and Iâ€™m a plumbers apprentice so Iâ€™m moving and lifting and on the go from the minute I step on the job site so thatâ€™s some great bang for your buck that itâ€™ll keep you that full for that long...support this great company and buy some of their products now”
