“Ammo is by far my favorite meal replacement shake I've tried. It seems to last longer than most and actually fills me up. I usually have one for breakfast with some oatmeal, and if I have to work both my jobs in the same day this is my dinner as well. Sometimes I'll have to add some cottage cheese to go along with it for dinner, but usually the shake is all I need. Along with some other changes I've made (major diet overall and exerise) I've been able to lose about 30 pounds so far! I could not have done it without Ammo. The stuff actually works! Strawberries and Cream is by far my favorite flavor, I'm hoping it stays around for good.”

“Although I love eggnog, I was more than a little hesitant to purchase this seasonal flavor. Sometimes it's good, while other times it's down right aweful. MTNOPS did a great job! I'm loving the eggnog Ammo. This is my guilt-free alternative to traditional eggnog this year.”
