“We have been buying another brand of shake mix that is more expensive, comes with less in container. We also discovered ammo tub has less calories. My wife and I both like it so far and I think I have more energy in the afternoon . I work as an electrician and have noticed now that I’m older I get fatigue in mid afternoon.”
