“I was amazed at the fresh flavor that the Ammo has. Not what I was expecting, but a very pleasant surprise! I can only attribute the fresh taste to the fruit and veggies that are in the protein drink. I’ve been replacing my lunch with Ammo, and I really haven’t missed my lunchtime meal. I’m about due for my next order, so I’ll be ordering this again.”

“I actually came to the Mtn Ops site to buy the echo hat (which is great, BTW) and stumbled across this. My work day is usually busy through the lunch hour and so I started having this Ammo drink. I was surprised how good it tastes AND how effective it was at letting me power through. Recommend!”

“Peanut Butter Chocolate is amazing! Like other Ammo flavors, it blends very well. This one does not have any after tastes. Typically take in the morning and good until dinner time.”

“I've started using this product in the morning to replace my breakfast to decrease my overall calories in the day with the goal of dropping a few pounds. It's been extremely helpful because I feel full and I'm less likely to eat heavier meals later on. It's made weight loss a much easier goal to achieve. I highly recommend mixing with morning coffee for an excellent drink”
