Even with 2 treatment applications the sink & bath did not drain away quickly, and is still sluggish.

We can well imagine the bath and sink still sluggish after 2 treatments. Digesta, unlike harsh chemicals, populates the waste and drain walls. The microbes then begin to digest organic material by breaking down large fatty molecules. Some customers experience a slow response - continued use weekly, as recommended, will overcome your problem and keep drains free-flowing throughout the year.

My basin in my bathroom always used to run away slowly, after one dose of Digesta it is much much better.

I use this more in my kitchen sink than anywhere else but it really does what is says it will. If I forget to use it you know about it, the sink smells really bad. I would recommend this to anyone with or without a septic tank.

It works very well - keeps baths, showers, hand basins, sinks flowing without the use of bleach and/or other drain cleaners. Essential for owners of a biodigester unit.

This product is easy to use and keeps your waste traps and overflows clean, with no unpleasant smells. It does have to be used regularly to be really effective and if you already have a build up it might take a couple of treatments to completely clear the muck. I put it down sink overflows and shower trap once a week, usually at the weekend when I have a lie in, so that it has a good 8 hours to work. Simply rinse away in the morning and forget about it till next weekend.
