“I purchased these leggings because of amazing reviews, they arrived, washed them as per the instructions, wore them a few times then they started pilling after on a few wears. I contacted customer support after only 2 weeks and was told that the pilling is due to contact with an abrasive surface or friction which has caused the material to react in this manner.
I am disappointed that I spent $82.50 (inc delivery) on these leggings. Friction should not damage the material like this because they are meant to be “active wear” & I they have not been in contact with an abrasive surface.”
