“After i purchased the shorts, I immediately sent an email to notify the company about buying the wrong size. I tried to rectify the problem straight away. However I received no response to my email at all and of course the wrong size was sent out. This is a problem that could have been avoided if emails had been checked. I now believe making contact with the company is hard so unfortunately i won't be making any more purchases as I don't like dealing with difficult purchases.”
