“This shake alone is good but if you add frozen strawberries and plant-based milk then you are in heaven! My friend never had protein shakes and to be honest he doesn't exercise and he can't have enough of it as a snack. Very delicious and the consistency is like a milkshake. I haven't tried to make it as a custard because I don't like stuff like that.”
