I’ve noticed a difference with my hair growth and nail growth is so much quicker - which is great as I’m a nail chewer but still managing to grow nails still due to the growth rate . Nails are a lot shiner as well as skin .

I’ve already given a review on this collagen before. But wanted to leave another one. This marine collagen works so well for me. I have 1 scoop in my protein shake once a day. Can’t taste it. Using it consistently i noticed a great improvement in my skin, nails and hair. “Absolutely love this marine collagen! My skin wasn’t terrible but I always had at least a couple of spots/breakouts on my chin regardless of skincare routine. I had been taking marine collagen for a week and my skin was flawless, ZERO spots! Bright and clear.
