“These are so delicious! I’ve baked them in muffin moulds and also made a couple of microwave mug cakes and they both turned out so well. The mug cake is great as you can have as little or as much as you want and it’s really satisfying with a scoop of ice cream or swirl of light whipped cream and strawberries on top. The dense chocolate flavour also pairs perfectly with raspberries! Great combo with Two Good salted caramel or vanilla yoghurt!”
“Love the protein brownies especially when I mix it with casein custard! It just adds another texture. Really great chocolaty goodness for when you're in a deficit. I make mine with water for the low cals and it turns out fine”
